All fees are non-refundable. If the client is unable to make the originally scheduled class, they will be allowed to reschedule one time to the next scheduled class. Failure to show for any class results in forfeiture of class fee.
The client agrees to attend the online or in-person appointment to complete the application process and fingerprint appointment booking process with the instructor.
If the client fails to show for the initial appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled one time. If the client fails to show for the second appointment, all fees are forfeited.
The client agrees to show up at the fingerprint appointment that is booked with IdentoGo Fingerprint Services during the initial appointment with our instructor. If the client cannot make the fingerprint appointment that is booked for them, it is the client’s responsibility to re-book or re-schedule the fingerprint appointment.
The client will also be enrolled in one of our 24-hour SORA training courses. If the client cannot make the initially scheduled 24-hour SORA training course, they will be allowed to reschedule one time. If they fail to show for the rescheduled class, all fees are forfeited.
Once the client’s SORA license is approved by the NJ State Police (applications denied or withdrawn by the NJ State Police due to the client failing to disclose a felony or drug conviction, divulging inaccurate information during the application process, or being subject to any other disqualifier in the NJ State Police SORA rules and regulations are at the fault of the client; the client will not hold NJ SORA Professionals responsible for denial or withdrawal of a SORA application), NJ SORA Professionals will provide resume building assistance and job application assistance for 30 days after the license approval date.
This assistance will require the client to book a follow up appointment or appointments with our instructor that total 3 hours in time. The client’s failure to book and/or show up for any resume or job application assistance appointment within 30 days of SORA license approval will end NJ SORA Professional’s obligation to provide this part of the SORA Jobs package.
The client is at least 18 years of age, has a valid Social Security number or Tax ID number, and has No felony or drug convictions in NJ or any other State, or any other pending criminal charges.
